Junior Infrastructure Engineer
About the role
Looking for an Infrastructure Engineer-Jr. Role involves maintaining high levels of customer service, collaborating with business partners, managing IT assets, and assisting with technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Taking questions from business partners
- Viewing and managing client data
- Helping with IT asset management systems
- Organizing and reviewing hardware inventories
- Looking up warranty status on hardware
- Reviewing requests and submitting security requests for logins to website
- Working with Business Units to assist advisors with questions and needs
- Assisting with the roll out of new equipment (imaging, software installation, handling migrations)
- Answering business partner’s technical calls, emails, IM’s
Requirements
- Relevant internship or professional experience in an IT customer service, IT support or IT troubleshooting role or related experience
- Basic planning/organizational, time management, decision-making, and superb written/verbal communication skills
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality
- Possess strong problem-solving and big-picture/conceptual skills
- Work with people at all levels and demonstrate the ability to understand and embrace change

- 4-year degree required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
