Junior Human Factors Engineer

Position Overview

Crux is on the lookout for an exceptionally talented Junior Human Factors Engineer. Based in our Boston (US) office, you will be exposed to an array of exciting projects, ranging from medical devices to consumer and digital products, across all phases of development. Working closely with internal project teams and global clients to develop safe and usable devices, ensuring that user needs are considered early and often throughout the design process.

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work within multiple cross-disciplinary teams and be client facing.
• Understanding of Human Factors techniques and usability principles.
• An ability to synthesise a lot of information and distil it into meaningful design recommendations.
• Strong report writing skills.

Desirable

• Experience in a consultancy environment.
• Experience in the medical, pharma or health industries.
