Responsibilities

• Bathe, dry, brush, and prepare dogs and cats for grooming
• Assist with de-shedding, coat prep, nail care, and other grooming services
• Safely handle pets of different breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized grooming van
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Continue developing grooming skills through training and coaching

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional animal-handling experience (bathing, veterinary, shelter, boarding, daycare, or grooming preferred)
• Dependable & professional – punctual, reliable, and proud of work
• Independent & self‑motivated – comfortable working independently
• Team player – communicates well and accepts coaching
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record – minimum 3 years driving experience, comfortable driving a large van
• Strong customer service skills – comfortable working with both pets and people
• Physically capable – able to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 60 lbs
• Must genuinely enjoy working with dogs and cats

Pay

Hourly pay plus tips and performance‑based bonuses; competitive salary offered.
