Junior Graphic Designer

What You'll Be Doing

• Create visually compelling graphics in a deadline-driven environment
• Design and develop: Marketing collateral, brochures and flyers, trade show banners, posters and signage, social media graphics, email headers and digital assets, PowerPoint presentations
• Help maintain and strengthen U.S. Legal Support's brand identity
• Ensure consistency across typography, color palettes, and design standards
• Aid in website graphics and digital content updates
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns, initiatives, and creative projects
• Incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining high-quality design standards
• Support additional marketing efforts as business needs evolve

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of graphic design experience (internship, freelance, or professional experience considered)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design fundamentals
• Proficiency with: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft PowerPoint
• Understanding of branding, visual hierarchy, and design best practices
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and social media design specifications is a plus
• Experience with Figma is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
