Essential Functions

  • Aid in the design and development of compelling visual content across digital and print channels.
  • Adapt and resize creative assets across various channels and formats while maintaining brand consistency and aligning with established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input, implement feedback, and complete projects on time.
  • Prepare production-ready files, manage file organization, and maintain asset libraries to support efficient workflows.
  • Stay updated with design trends and brand best practices to enhance creative output and support visual storytelling.

Program Support

  • Coordinate and assist in executing small-scale marketing and operational programs such as fundraising initiatives, regional campaign activations, and promotional giveaways.
  • Manage timelines, logistics, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of assigned programs.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and vendors to track progress and provide updates.
  • Assist in light reporting and documentation of program outcomes for team review and optimization.

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a creative, design, or production role, with a proven ability to produce high-quality work across digital and print mediums.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, for creating polished, brand-consistent assets across multiple platforms.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Microsoft Teams, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or Trello) to streamline communication and workflows.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting ideas, receiving feedback, and collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and quality control, ensuring all creative output meets brand and production standards.
  • Flexible and resourceful team player with a growth mindset and a proactive approach to learning new tools, techniques, and processes.
