Junior Golf Instructor

About the role

Arcis Golf is seeking a Junior Golf Academy Instructor at the Lantana Golf Club in Lantana, TX. The ideal candidate will be passionate about golf and eager to share their knowledge with young players.

Responsibilities

• Teach golf lessons to children and adults, focusing on skill development and enjoyment
• Develop lesson plans and curriculum tailored to different age groups and skill levels
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Work closely with club staff to ensure a positive learning environment
• Participate in team events and activities to build community among instructors and members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Coaching, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in youth sports or golf instruction
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students of all ages
• Knowledge of golf fundamentals and ability to teach them effectively
• Passion for working with children and a commitment to lifelong learning

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Experience with technology such as video analysis software
