Junior Generative AI Application Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade software using modern SDLC practices and advanced tooling.
• Leverage Generative AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) and prompt engineering to create novel solutions for complex business problems.
• Design and build agentic flows and deploy Generative AI models on cloud platforms such as AWS, applying MLOps best practices and responsible AI principles.
• Contribute to Gen AI strategy, model deployment, and optimization across diverse cloud providers and specialized AI/ML services.
• Work with event streaming and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, Flink, Solace) for real-time data ingestion in AI pipelines.
• Use container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and enterprise DevOps pipelines for scalable, reproducible deployments.
• Participate in continuous integration/continuous delivery workflows with tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, GitHub, Harness, Artifactory, and OpenShift.
• Apply architectural patterns including microservices, RESTful services, Spring ecosystem, and advanced Gen AI model architectures (e.g., Transformers, GANs).
• Analyze and visualize data with tools like Splunk, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics to measure product adoption and business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS) with specialization or strong coursework in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Proven problem-solving acumen and enthusiasm for innovation, especially leveraging Generative AI to address complex business challenges.
• Global mindset and ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures and time zones.
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills; ability to articulate complex AI concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Capable of passing technical interviews including algorithmic programming exercises, with demonstrated proficiency in Generative AI frameworks and model development.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with prior experience on agile teams delivering AI solutions in fast-paced environments.

Pay

Full-time salary range: $95,770 – $133,630. In addition, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards may apply for eligible employees.
