The organization is a small, fast-moving team focused on customer impact, product design, and AI-assisted development.About the Opportunity:The Junior Full Stack Software Engineer role is designed for someone who enjoys building products, solving problems, and learning continuously. Working closely with technical leadership, product teams, and fellow engineers, you will develop and improve software used by financial advisors. This role combines hands-on development with product collaboration and end-to-end feature ownership, offering opportunities to deepen your technical expertise, product knowledge, and overall impact.Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain product features with a focus on usability, reliability, and qualityOwn features and projects from implementation through deployment, collaborating with teammates to deliver reliable softwareUse modern AI development tools to accelerate coding, testing, research, and prototypingPartner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to understand customer needs and improve the productContribute to testing, observability, performance optimization, and developer tooling to enable confident and efficient releasesContinuously develop technical expertise, product thinking, and customer understanding to expand your impactRequirements:Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experienceExperience working in a startup, small-team, or entrepreneurial environment is strongly preferredExperience shipping and maintaining production softwareExperience owning features from implementation through deploymentStrong problem-solving skills and a high level of ownershipCommitment to code quality, maintainability, and thoughtful engineering practicesExperience incorporating AI development tools into your workflowStrong communication and collaboration skillsComfortable working across the full technology stack and learning new technologiesProactive in improving products, engineering practices, and team processesThrives in small teams that value flexibility, initiative, and continuous learningPay Range and Compensation Package:$100,000–$130,000 USD annually, depending on experience Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
