Junior Frontend Developer

About the role

Contribute to building and enhancing modern, responsive user interfaces with guidance from senior developers. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop new features and improve the overall user experience. You'll focus on implementing design specs, developing UI components, and gaining hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using React framework.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate visual designs into interactive web experiences.
• Assist in integrating APIs, ensuring smooth data flow between the frontend and backend.
• Participate in code reviews, write clean code, and follow established best practices.
• Contribute to testing efforts to ensure quality in the codebase.

Requirements

• B1+ English level
• Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Experience with React/Redux
• Experience with Next.js
• Experience with Git/GitHub
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and how to connect frontend applications to backend services

Nice to Have

• Experience of working with Node.js
• Familiarity with CSS-in-JS solutions and responsive design principles
• Experience with Firebase or other backend services like Serverless, CloudFront, etc.
• Experience with ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor
