Desired Skills and Experience
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating appointments and travel arrangements
- Aid in preparing and processing travel authorizations, vouchers, and related documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Draft, format, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and other administrative documents
- Serve as a professional point of contact for visitors, callers, and staff by responding to inquiries and directing requests from the appropriate personnel
- Cover meeting logistics, including scheduling conference rooms, preparing materials, and supporting virtual and in-person events
- Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy filing systems, ensuring records are accurate, accessible, and handled in accordance with confidentiality requirements

Basic Qualifications and Requirements
- B.A. or B.S. degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Superb oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Google Suite)
- Experience with multi-tasking in a fast-paced and fast-growing company
- Ability to think strategically, analytically, and proactively about diverse business solutions
