Desired Skills and Experience

  • Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating appointments and travel arrangements
  • Aid in preparing and processing travel authorizations, vouchers, and related documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Draft, format, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and other administrative documents
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for visitors, callers, and staff by responding to inquiries and directing requests from the appropriate personnel
  • Cover meeting logistics, including scheduling conference rooms, preparing materials, and supporting virtual and in-person events
  • Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy filing systems, ensuring records are accurate, accessible, and handled in accordance with confidentiality requirements

  • Support office operations by assisting with mail distribution, shipping and receiving, office supply management, inventory tracking, and routine procurement activities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, assist with special projects, and contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of the office

Basic Qualifications and Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Superb oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, Google Suite)
  • Experience with multi-tasking in a fast-paced and fast-growing company
  • Ability to think strategically, analytically, and proactively about diverse business solutions
