Junior Event Lead

About the role

We’re looking for a well-spoken, energetic, and motivated person to generate leads at events, festivals, farmers markets, home shows and retail locations. Our goal is to schedule appointments—the more you set, the more money you make!

Responsibilities

• Engage attendees in conversation and qualify leads
• Overcome objections and maintain a positive attitude
• Execute setup and break down of events
• Travel to various locations with set-up materials (reliable transportation required; mileage reimbursed)

Requirements

• Dependable and reliable
• Ability to work weekdays and weekends
• Reliable form of transportation (mileage reimbursed)
• Proficient using a smartphone and computer
• Maintain high energy and positive attitude
• Customer service, sales, or marketing experience preferred
• Desire to learn, grow, and connect with people

Compensation

$21/hour plus a lucrative commission structure with multiple bonus opportunities. Hourly base plus uncapped bonuses; full-time 40 hours/week with possibility of overtime and weekend work.

Schedule

Full-time position requiring weekend availability and occasional on-call duties. Travel to various event locations is required.
