About the role

You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:

  • Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
  • Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage backlogs, define scope, and write clear user stories.
  • Optimize user journeys, checkout/booking flows, and drive conversion rates in e-commerce or digital transaction environments.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering teams using a solid understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS, React, RESTful APIs), performance metrics, and backend integrations.
  • Work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
  • Create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
  • Take extreme ownership over your work, ensuring daily performance aligns with team expectations.
  • Identify with the goals of FullStack's clients and dedicate yourself to delivering on commitments made by you and your team.
  • Work on Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to large, complex systems.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Digital Product Strategy.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in e-commerce or digital transaction environments (experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus).
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (onsite 2 days per week in Las Vegas) after an initial fully remote period.
  • Forensic attention to detail, a positive mindset, and a can-do attitude.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; FullStack will not sponsor applicants for work visas now or in the future.

Nice to have

  • AI-enthusiastic workflow, with professional experience or personal project work involving tools like Cursor, Windsurf, Google Antigravity, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, Codex, or Copilot CLI.
