Junior Ecommerce Product Manager - Hybrid - Las Vegas, USA

About the role

You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways: Team Augmentation – integrate directly into the client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily; or Design & Build – work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Digital Product Strategy, with a proven track record of managing backlogs, defining scope, and writing clear user stories.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in e-commerce or digital transaction environments, optimizing user journeys, checkout/booking flows, and driving conversion rates (experience with platforms like Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus).
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS, React, RESTful APIs), performance metrics, and backend integrations to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.

Pay

Base Salary Range: $60K - $70K (actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and location).

Schedule

Initially 100% remote within the US, transitioning to a hybrid model (2 days/week in-office, Las Vegas).
