Junior Digital Project Manager (mobile team apps)

About the role

This is an in-office role in Pittsburgh, PA, USA. It is not a remote or hybrid role. The position involves working with sports teams and leagues globally, necessitating non-traditional hours due to sports schedules.

Responsibilities

• Write user stories and JIRA tasks for implementing mobile app features and app updates.
• Track JIRA tasks and their completion, ensuring timely task completion.
• Perform first-level UAT and smoke testing of iOS/Android test builds.
• Maintain dynamic updates to the UI/UX of the mobile apps using our Content Management System.
• Maintain meticulous documentation from project concept to delivery within a CRM.
• Provide written status updates of every mobile-app project to clients and stakeholders.
• Successfully deliver 20-30 mobile-app projects on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on expertise in using JIRA and JQL.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with delivering mobile-app projects, including building, testing, and releasing native iOS and Android mobile apps.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in writing technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Willingness and ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.
