Junior Designer
About the role
We are looking for an ambitious junior interior designer to join our talented team and work on high-end residential projects. The right candidate will have a basic understanding of interior architecture including FFE, materials selection and specifications. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and gifted designer committed to organization and collaboration to support the delivery of our projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage FF&E research, sourcing, and vendor coordination
- Support senior designer and design manager in selecting furniture, lighting, fabrics, and accessories that align with the project’s design direction and client preferences
- Assist manager on creating client presentations, material and finish schedules, and design documentation
- Affix in reviewing design details, finishes, and customizations during furniture production
- Ensure final products meet design specifications and make minor adjustments as needed
- Manage time and workload to meet project task deadlines and commitments with regular interaction and direction from senior staff
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Interior Design or related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience, internship experiences valid
- Passionate and self-driven ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate within a team and relay information timely to senior staff
- Highly organized and able to vision and manage all parts of the project
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Excel and all Adobe programs. Studio Webware is a plus

Pay
The Pay Range For This Role Is 65,000 - 75,000 USD per year(New York)
