Junior Designer

About the role

NCA Studio is a woman-owned, award-winning architecture firm based in the Arts District of Los Angeles. We are seeking a full-time, in-office Architectural staff with 2-3 years of experience to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a diverse range of projects from restaurant, commercial offices, and community centers to luxury residential.
• Collaborate with design teams to solve complex problems and ensure high-quality project execution.
• Work on projects at various stages of development, including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Develop and present design solutions using Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.
• Ensure compliance with zoning and building codes.
• Provide support in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.

Requirements

• A professional architecture degree.
• 2-3 years of experience in architectural design.
• A basic understanding of zoning and building codes.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience in restaurant design and construction is a plus.
• Proficient in English, both in verbal and written word.

Qualifications

• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.
