Key Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, maintain, and optimize organizational databases to ensure integrity, availability, and security.
- Oversee user access, enforce data privacy policies, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and automate scheduled database tasks.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and electronic storage solutions for records retention.
- Support a training and development environment for testing and backup purposes.
- Collaborate with departments to assess data needs and implement effective database solutions.
- Document and maintain system policies, procedures, access controls, and training resources.
- Assign database training as needed.
- Respond to database-related support requests and assist with other network or system tasks as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL and related programming languages for data querying and management.
- Experience in data modeling and database design.
- 3–5 years of system development experience.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems required; familiarity with Global Shop Solutions is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
- Experience with DCAA and DCMA audits is a plus.
- High standards of professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
