Junior Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in an immersive, paid training program focused on data engineering technologies.
• Gain hands-on experience with Relational and Non-Relational Databases, APIs, Python, Pandas, Excel, Dash, Snowflake, Docker, Airflow, Apache Spark, and Machine Learning.
• Receive mentorship from Senior Engineers and guidance to navigate corporate culture.
• Work on client projects for two years, applying learned skills in a professional setting.
• Be willing to relocate anywhere in the United States to fulfill project assignments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (any field)
• At least 6 months of programming experience (academic, personal, or professional) within the last 3 months
• A recent STEM degree OR 12+ months of professional experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, aviation, or tech, with no more than a 12‑month gap
• A strong passion for learning and an interest in Data Engineering
• Excellent logic, reasoning, communication, and collaboration skills with a team‑oriented mindset

Pay

Competitive hourly pay rate of $24.04 – $28.85 (approx. $50k–$60k annually) upon assignment.
