Junior Customer Service Representative - Tallahassee, Florida

About the role

Customer Service Specialists needed to answer calls from Florida high school and college students concerning Florida scholarships and grants. This position will renew for the next fiscal year.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from Florida high school and college students regarding Florida scholarships and grants.
• Work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Requirements

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Comfortable using computers.
• Experience working with customer support is a plus.
