Junior Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities

• Create sales orders in accordance with specifications used by Tube Supply and/or customers, which may also include the creation of special process purchase orders (SPO)
• Create purchase orders for the Sales department for external material (Buyouts)
• MATCH MILL TEST REPORTS according to the order & specifications supplied by Sales
• TRACK AND TRUBULATE ORDERS
• CORRECT DISCREPANCIES BETWEEN PURCHASE ORDERS AND RECEIVED PRODUCT
• COMPLY WITH ALL HSE, QMS, AND CORPORATE POLICIES AT TUBE SUPPLY
• PURSUE OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY YOUR SUPERVISOR

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or work equivelant
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong data-entry skills
