Security Clearance
TS/SCI/CI POLY or with the ability to obtain one.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated specialized training or experience, capable of assessing FIE threats to: DoD nuclear operations; nuclear command, control, and communications (NC3); integrated missile defense (IMD); through cyberspace to the aforementioned mission equities, and supply chains pertaining to STRATCOM systems and acquisitions.
- Completed the JCITA CI Threats and Operations in Cyberspace Seminar within the last 5 years.
- Completed the JCITA CI support to Research, Development, and Acquisition (CIRDA) course within the last 7 years.
- Specialized training on the organizations, capabilities, and tradecraft used by four different foreign intelligence services. Completed qualifying training within the last 7 years.
- Specialized training on using publicly available information (PAI) and performing open-source research in the furtherance of intelligence analysis and production. Completed at least two of the following Intelligence Community accredited PAI or open-source research training within the last 5 years.
- Demonstrate strong intelligence research and analysis skills, including knowledge of, and ability to apply, Intelligence Community analytic tradecraft and analytic writing styles, as well as a firm understanding of the utility and purpose of multiple production lines. Possess experience authoring complex search queries in IC databases, such as RMT, Palantir, Next Generation Trident (NGT), or TAC.
- Strongly desired and recommended training includes, DIA PACE Essentials, or other IC equivalent analyst-qualifying coursework.
- Demonstrate strong writing skills suitable to communicate analytic findings clearly, concisely, and logically to a diverse set of clients. The base analytic team shall be capable of delivering five separate formal intelligence products and/or briefings simultaneously. Contract analysts shall be able to take a concept (key intelligence question) and apply analytic design to create a published intelligence document in adherence with analytic tradecraft standards.
Job Requirements
- Have a minimum of three (3) years' experience performing all-source intelligence analysis in the IC and have authored, or co-authored intelligence products released through IC dissemination processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Additional 4 years of experience in the specific labor category, for a total of 7 years of experience in the specific labor category, may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
