Junior Corporate Attorney

Responsibilities

• Support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions from due diligence through closing
• Conduct legal due diligence and review transaction-related documents
• Draft, review, and revise ancillary transaction documents
• Assist with transaction management and closing processes
• Collaborate with attorneys and clients to ensure efficient execution of corporate transactions

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership required
• 1–3 years of corporate law experience, preferably with M&A transactions required
• Experience conducting due diligence and drafting transaction documents required
