What You’ll Do
- Support data collection and analysis for workforce demand, supply, and gap assessments.
- Aid in the development of role frameworks, competency models, and skill taxonomies.
- Conduct workforce data analysis, including HR data, training records, and assessment results.
- Support administration of skills and competency assessments.
- Contribute to workforce gap analysis and scenario modeling, including data validation and documentation.
- Assist in developing human capital solutions and program recommendations.
- Prepare client deliverables, including reports, slide decks, and data visualizations.
- Support organizational alignment and workforce assessments through research and analysis.
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure quality and accuracy of outputs.
- Maintain documentation and analytical artifacts to support reproducibility and scalability.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or closely related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in workforce planning, human capital analytics, or related field.
- Experience supporting data analysis and workforce assessments.
- Foundational understanding of IO psychology principles and workforce analytics methods.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based consulting environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with federal workforce data or HR systems.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and analysis techniques.
- Ability to work in fast-paced consulting environments with multiple priorities.
