Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree + 2 years’ experience, or QC/Physical Measurements certification/diploma
• Technical research experience in a laboratory setting
• Strong math/science foundation
• Methodical and organized approach to testing and documentation
• Rigor and critical thinking in analysis and reporting
• Team‑oriented with a constructive feedback mindset
