About the role
The Junior Business Process Automation & Workflow Analyst will support Alpha Omega's corporate operations by helping design and automate internal workflows that improve efficiency and process management. This role focuses on identifying opportunities for automation and supporting the development of workflow solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Apps and related automation technologies. The Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders to understand process requirements, document workflows, and assist in developing technology-driven solutions that streamline internal operations. This internship provides hands-on experience in process improvement, automation tools, and business workflow design.
Responsibilities
- Work with internal teams to identify and document business processes that require automation
- Assist in designing workflow solutions to improve operational efficiency
- Support development of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps or similar tools
- Document process requirements and workflow diagrams
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Help test and refine automation tools and workflow designs
- Assist with documenting and improving internal operational procedures
Requirements
- Strong interest in technology, process improvement, and automation
- Ability to analyze requirements and document workflows
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Interest or exposure to Microsoft Power Apps, workflow tools, or low-code platforms is preferred
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Business Analytics
- Business Administration or a related field
