Junior BDR / Sales Operations Generalist

About the role

Wonderly is building the first end-to-end AI business platform for service businesses. The primary focus is on improving the efficiency and performance of businesses that excel in their craft but struggle with running their operations effectively. Wonderly aims to help these businesses generate significantly more revenue by providing a comprehensive solution that includes advertising, website creation, lead management, customer relationship management (CRM), AI-driven support, follow-up services, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Qualify leads quickly and book onsite meetings on behalf of customers
• Work with the CRM to log every call, its outcome, and the next steps
• Collaborate with the team to hand off qualified, ready-to-close meetings
• Engage in high-volume, hands-on work, including dialing and scripting
• Contribute to scaling the sales process and increasing the number of qualified leads

Requirements

• Comfortable on the phone for extended periods
• Fast, coachable, and competitive mindset
• Ability to organize and maintain clean records without needing constant reminders
• Experience in a high-volume, people-facing role (e.g., retail, call center)
• Background in leadership or management positions (e.g., club, team, side hustle)

Qualifications

• New graduates or soon-to-be graduates with a history of leading serious projects or teams
• Previous experience in phone, sales, or customer-facing roles
• A hunger to succeed and a willingness to learn and grow

Skills

• Strong communication skills, particularly in qualifying leads and booking meetings
• Ability to handle high-volume work and remain focused and efficient
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Adaptability to changing priorities and evolving processes

Pay

$70,000–$120,000 (base + on-target earnings)

Schedule

60–70 hour weeks during the growth phase, with weekend coverage on a rotation
