Junior AVL Installer

About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior AVL Installer to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position designed for individuals passionate about technology and eager to learn the fundamentals of Audio, Video, and Lighting (AVL) installation. As a Junior AVL Installer, you will work alongside senior technicians to help deliver high-quality audiovisual solutions in corporate, live event, and entertainment environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Aid with the installation of audio, video, and lighting systems including cabling, mounting, and equipment setup.
• Support senior installers with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and organize tools, materials, and equipment on job sites.
• Follow safety procedures and company best practices during all installation activities.
• Document work performed and report progress or issues to project leads.
• Provide on-site support during system commissioning and client handoff.
• Learn and apply AVL fundamentals, including signal flow, system integration, and rigging basics.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or coursework in AV technology is a plus.
• Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and components.
• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces when required.
• Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
