We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not put Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". No Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting mentions benefits: medical, dental, vision insurance (paid at 70% for you AND your family), annual allocations of company share through ESOP, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid vacation, sick leave, holidays, tuition reimbursement, professional development bonuses, attendance at conferences. So Benefits section is present. Pay: not mentioned. Schedule: mentions open to remote candidates, preference given to candidates who can work a hybrid office schedule from one of ESA’s Florida offices. So schedule info exists: hybrid schedule preference. So we can include Schedule section. Also maybe "About the role" section: we have description of role: "Junior Aviation Planner to support a growing portfolio of aviation planning and environmental projects with 2-7 years of experience. Preference given to candidates with 3+ years of experience. Open to remote candidates, preference will be given to candidates who can work a hybrid office schedule from one of ESA’s Florida offices. Please note, a writing sample may be requested as a stage in the interview process." That's about the role. Could also include "Who You Are" as Skills? Actually "Who You Are" lists core competencies: Technical expertise, Communications, Leadership, Project Delivery/Financial Management, Client Engagement, Innovation. That's like Skills. Could map to Skills section. "You Also Bring The Following Qualifications" is Qualifications. "What You Will Do For ESA" is Responsibilities. "What’s Special About Our Team" maybe not needed as separate section; could be part of About the role? But we should not invent sections. We have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Schedule. Possibly also "About the team" but not required. We'll include only those with content. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no

Junior Aviation Planner

. Use headings for sections. We need to preserve all substantive information. Must not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit details like "Preference given to candidates with 3+ years of experience." Must keep that. We need to format lists with
  • . For prose use

. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, vaccination requirement, unsolicited resumes note, accommodation request, EOE statement, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to ensure we keep all substantive info: company description, role description, Who You Are competencies, Qualifications, Responsibilities, Benefits, Schedule (hybrid preference), maybe also mention writing sample request (that's part of About the role). Also mention "Open to remote candidates, preference will be given to candidates who can work a hybrid office schedule from one of ESA’s Florida offices." That's schedule. We also have "Please note, a writing sample may be requested as a stage in the interview process." That's part of About the role. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    About the role

Environmental Science Associates (ESA) is a 100% employee-owned environmental consulting firm. We plan, design, permit, mitigate, and restore for projects across our communities, infrastructure systems, open spaces, and wildlands. We are 50 years strong in 21 offices across California, the Pacific Northwest, and the Southeastern United States. ESA has an opportunity for a Junior Aviation Planner to support a growing portfolio of aviation planning and environmental projects with 2-7 years of experience. Preference given to candidates with 3+ years of experience. Open to remote candidates, preference will be given to candidates who can work a hybrid office schedule from one of ESA’s Florida offices. Please note, a writing sample may be requested as a stage in the interview process.

But note: The instruction says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The job title is Junior Aviation Planner; we already have it in the content; that's fine. Now Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Support our aviation team’s mission to deliver exceptional solutions that help our aviation partners succeed, elevate our profession, and expand recognition of ESA as the trusted leader in aviation planning and environmental consulting.
    • Work on various aviation projects in partnership with a team of planners and environmentalists to assist on a variety of assignments which may include airport master plans, airport layout plans, site selection studies, obstruction analysis, forecasting, environmental evaluations, noise analyses, resiliency/sustainability evaluations, and other aviation planning tasks.
    • Perform research, gather data, and conduct surveys in support of airport studies.
    • Collect raw data and organize in a form ready for analysis.
    • Conduct research for and prepare graphics (AutoCAD and ArcGIS), entire sections of analyses, and/or reports for projects.
    • As part of a team, interpret and apply applicable land use and environmental regulations, ordinances, and codes.
    • Assist with updating and reviewing documents.
    • Conduct technical analysis and prepare plans for airfield, airspace, terminal, or ground transportation facilities.
    • Prepare written reports, maps, working papers, and correspondence for aviation planning and airport environmental projects.
    • Prepare for, and participate in, client and stakeholder meetings (e.g., advisory committees, technical working groups, public workshops).
    • Participate in training activities to develop technical skills.
    • Conduct project administration and management tasks.
    • Perform other related duties as required.
But note: The first two bullet items are from the "What You Will Do For ESA" paragraph; they are substantive. Keep them. Now Qualifications:

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree with major course work in aviation planning, aviation management, or related field.
    • Proficient in the use of relevant software applications, which at a minimum include Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and ESRI ArcGIS.
    • Familiarity and interest in the aviation industry or a desire to learn and grow in the aviation industry.
    • Academic knowledge of analytical techniques and related tools including statistical, spreadsheet, database, simulation, and spatial/graphical analysis applications.
    • Academic or working knowledge of federal regulations, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circulars, and FAA Orders that apply to airport planning.
    • Knowledge of effective writing techniques, ability to prepare written documents as directed.
    • Able to verbally communicate basic planning information, including rules, policies and procedures to individuals and small groups.
    • Able to pass a 10-year background check for project-based assignments.
    • Able to travel periodically to project sites and to attend corporate and industry meetings.
Now Skills: from "Who You Are" core competencies. We could structure as

    Skills

with subheadings? But we only allowed

for section headings; we can still have

paragraphs describing each competency. Could also use

    • for each competency with description. Let's do that.

      Skills

      • Technical expertise: Working knowledge of airport design, airspace, land use, and environmental regulations, processes, and principles. Demonstrates curiosity and a commitment to continual learning to strengthen technical expertise and broaden understanding of aviation planning practices.
      • Communications: Strong writing skills, effective verbal communication, and attentive listening skills. Able to support the preparation of clear and well-supported planning documents, technical reports, and other project-related deliverables. Proactive, responsive, and willing to seek guidance when needed. Comfortable with all communications platforms and a “camera on” meeting environment.
      • Leadership: Able to contribute constructively to project teams, follow through on assignments, and incorporate feedback to improve work products and core competencies. Takes initiative to grow technical, client service, project management, and marketing skills, while supporting senior staff and project managers.
      • Project Delivery/Financial Management: Able to complete assigned tasks efficiently and complete work on time and within established budgets. Supports team members with coordination, documentation, schedule tracking, and other project needs. Self-motivated and able to balance multiple assignments while prioritizing based on project deadlines and team needs.
      • Client Engagement: Comfortable interacting with clients, subconsultants, and team members in a professional and collaborative manner. Supports strong client relationships through responsiveness, preparation, follow-through, and clear communication.
      • Innovation: Interest in working with emerging aviation technologies and bringing creative project solutions to clients. Demonstrates curiosity and adaptability in leveraging new technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI) tools, to improve efficiency, streamline routine tasks, and enhance the quality of work products. Understands the importance of human judgment, quality assurance, data privacy, and professional ethics when using AI-assisted tools.
      Now Benefits:

      Benefits

      • Medical, dental, and vision insurance (paid at 70% for you AND your family)
      • Annual allocations of company share through our ESOP
      • 401(k) plan with company match
      • Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays
      • Tuition reimbursement
      • Professional development bonuses
      • Attendance at conferences
      Now Schedule:

      Schedule

Open to remote candidates; preference will be given to candidates who can work a hybrid office schedule from one of ESA’s Florida offices.

We should also maybe include mention of writing sample request in About the role already. Check for any leftover substantive info not captured: The company description at start is included in About the role. The "Who We Are" section about employee-owned, diversity, etc. That's boilerplate? It's about culture but maybe considered substantive? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Who We Are" paragraph about being 100% employee-owned, valuing diversity and inclusion, culture built on mutual respect, etc. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's about culture. However, the instruction says to preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The "Who We Are" is substantive about company culture. Should we include? It could be part of About the role or a separate section like "About the company". But we only have predefined headings; we could add a section "About the company" but not in the list. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not add other headings. The "Who We Are" could be folded into About the role paragraph as extra description. That would preserve info. Let's incorporate that into About the role after the initial description. Thus About the role paragraph will be longer: include company description, role details, and culture
