Junior Attorney (Iowa Hybrid - Local Court Required) — $75k–$110k + Bonus + Training

About the role
We are seeking a Junior Attorney (0–3 years experience) to join our growing team handling criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation matters in Iowa. This is a remote-first role with local court appearances as needed, and includes hands-on mentorship and training from experienced attorneys.

Responsibilities
- Assist with and gradually take ownership of cases in criminal, family, and civil matters
- Attend court with guidance and support
- Draft pleadings, communicate with clients, and build litigation skills
- Grow into independent case management
Requirements
- Licensed in Iowa or awaiting bar results
- Interest in litigation (criminal, family, or civil)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication and organizational skills
Pay
$75,000 – $110,000 per year, depending on experience and workload. Compensation tied to your chosen billable target, plus a 10% origination bonus.
