Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years prior deskside support experience
- Hands-on support experience (not phone support)
- Desktop break/fix experience
- Experience with MS Windows 7-11
- Experience with macOS
- Experience with office technology (MS Office 365, web-based applications, OneDrive)
- Install, move, add, changes (IMAC), build, configuration, and software support
- Experience in a large corporate technical support environment
- Experience with ticketing tools – ServiceNow
- Experience providing excellent customer service and face-to-face hardware support to customers
