Junior Associate, Fragrances

Responsibilities

• Support the product marketing team, assisting in development of new product concepts, supporting formulation, packaging, and design directions
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, ingredients, textures, and innovation opportunities
• Prepare and update product development documents such as briefs, launch timelines, and trackers
• Support sample management and organization
• Cook up cross-functional meetings and track key action items for product launches
• Aid in submitting and tracking purchase orders to vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Product Development, Cosmetic Science, Business, or a related field
• Undergraduate degree required, MBA a plus
• Strong passion for the beauty industry and product innovation
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Excellent communication, analytical, and collaboration skills
