Junior Art & Stylist (3 months)

About the role

We’re looking for a Junior Art & Stylist to bring creative concepts to life across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle campaigns. This hybrid role combines visual development, art direction support, and hands-on styling. You should be comfortable working within a brand’s visual world and independently owning the styling process from preparation through shoot day.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual references, moodboards, and treatments that translate creative concepts into shoot-ready ideas.
• Support art direction across sets, props, backgrounds, color palettes, and overall visual composition.
• Independently plan and execute styling for assigned shoots, including sourcing, pulls, fittings, look preparation, on-set adjustments, and returns.
• Work closely with creative, production, photographers, directors, talent, and glam teams to ensure a cohesive final image.
• Prepare styling lists, prop lists, and visual references; track samples, purchases, rentals, and budgets.
• Solve practical challenges on set while maintaining the creative direction and the client’s brand standards.
• Contribute ideas that feel visually strong, commercially relevant, and suited to the intended platform.

Requirements

• An art or visual design background, with a strong understanding of composition, color, and visual storytelling.
• More than one year of agency experience.
• Hands-on production experience, including shoot preparation and on-set work.
• Professional styling experience and the ability to complete styling independently.
• Experience working with fashion and beauty brands, with a clear understanding of their visual language.
• An understanding of commercial work: how to balance a strong creative point of view with product visibility, brand requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A portfolio showing both art direction or visual development work and completed styling projects.
• This is a junior role with room to grow creatively, but we need someone who can take ownership of styling assignments and follow them through to delivery.
