Junior Agent for Top Producing Team

Roles & Responsibilities

• Access to a strong pipeline of team-generated buyers and sellers, providing hands-on transactional experience
• Work directly with team leads’ clients, assisting throughout the showing, offer, and contract process
• Support on team listings, including exposure to high-end luxury properties
• Coordinate showings, manage and schedule property showings, confirm appointments, track availability, and maintain an organized showing calendar
• Conduct property tours for buyers and renters, highlighting key features and benefits, and addressing questions and gathering feedback
• Provide timely updates to the lead agent and assist with follow-up communications

• Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple showings, schedule changes, and team needs with accuracy
• Quick to Respond: Prompt communication with interested buyers/tenants, listing agents, team members to keep the process moving efficiently
