Junior Account Representative

Responsibilities

• Aid senior account representatives in managing client accounts and addressing customer inquiries.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and fulfill orders promptly.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients under supervision.
• Track sales activities and update customer information in the CRM system accurately.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
