What You'll Do
- Build & Manage Client Relationships
- Serve as the primary Account Manager for designated Allied Healthcare clients.
- Build consultative, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and providing exceptional service.
- Manage the full client lifecycle, including job intake, candidate submissions, client feedback, offers, placements, onboarding, and ongoing account support.
- Maintain accurate client, job order, and activity records in CRM, VMS platforms, and internal systems.
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships within existing accounts and gain access to additional hiring managers or MSP programs.
- Drive Business Growth
- Partner with the Director of Client Services to identify and pursue new Allied Healthcare clients.
- Research prospective customers and conduct business development outreach through emails, calls, and discovery meetings.
- Support onboarding documentation and implementation for new client accounts.
- Once new accounts are established, lead job intake conversations and develop staffing strategies to deliver successful placements.
- Support Recruiting & Operations
- Prepare and submit qualified candidates through multiple Vendor Management Systems (VMS) accurately and on time.
- Affiliate with credentialing coordination and compliance requirements.
- Work cross-functionally with recruiting, operations, finance, and credentialing teams to deliver a seamless client and candidate experience.
- Support collection efforts for assigned accounts as needed.

What You'll Bring
- Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, customer service, account management, or sales preferred.
- Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and CRM platforms.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn, grow, and build a successful career in client services and healthcare staffing.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time hybrid position. Standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Additional hours may occasionally be required to support business needs.
