Junior Account Manager
About the role
Your role As a Customer Center Junior Officer , your mission is to work within the customer center AMAT account to ensure the customer account and sales interfaces end to end are performed in line with the account strategy. Work closely with other customer center account teams, sales team and along with divisional teams to develop and embrace tools identified by the divisions to support excellent sales execution. You will Working across CTI-P, STP and Valve business areas as the primary VSC interface, the role may include other divisions product range in scope of saleWork with division to embed the digital account tools being developed via the BA marketing council leaders for the account.Support the broader customer centre teams on digital tool implementationSales knowledge and or experience an advantageTechnical product knowledge in one or more core area of the Edwards products ideal The Candidate Should Be confident to represent Edwards and other Atlas Copco brands in front of customerShow the interest and capability to learn about the products in scope of the accountBe curious and demonstration ability and maturity to build and develop strong relationship
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Education Level Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Digital Marketing and bring work- based experience to the role
- Relevant Previous Experience Minimum 3 years experience in Inside Sales, Contract Administration or Technical Sales Support Experience
- Experience in vacuum technology, sales and marketing preferred
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills including conflict resolution
- Ability to work with cross functional teams to achieve business objectives, as well as 3rd party stakeholders
Other Requirements
- Strong written, oral and presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills, ability to conceive and implement strategic plans.
- Some travel ~10%, including international and overnight stays
