This role exists to support that growth by building meaningful, day-to-day relationships with the researchers, scientists, and labs we serve.

What You'll Own

  • Manage an assigned customer portfolio to retain and grow existing relationships.
  • Participate in customer calls, meetings, and check-ins to understand their technical needs.
  • Aid in preparing and delivering product presentations, price quotes, and sales collateral.
  • Learn the Chem-Impex catalog to accurately match customers with the right product solutions.
  • Partner with marketing, customer service, and operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity in HubSpot.
  • Gather and relay industry feedback to support our product strategy.
  • Assist senior account managers with distributor support, roadshows, and industry events.

What You'll Bring

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related life sciences field.
  • A genuine drive to build a career in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • A strong scientific foundation with the ability to learn and communicate technical product applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An enthusiastic mindset, ready to learn, take initiative, and stay organized across multiple priorities.
  • A willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits or industry events.

Pay & Benefits

Compensation: $50,000-$65,000 (BOE)
