About the role

As a Junior Account Executive (m/w/d), you will be part of our sales team and work closely with the Head of Business Development. Your goal is to grow into full responsibility for the entire sales process within a few weeks, closing deals and generating revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Built your own B2B sales pipeline from scratch
  • Actively pursue new leads and develop them to closure
  • Gradually take on responsibility for the entire sales process, starting with initial support and moving to independent calls
  • Consistently follow up on sales opportunities and don't miss out on any chance
  • Work data-driven in the CRM and keep track of your pipeline at all times
  • Grow into an independent sales manager within a few weeks

Requirements

  • Desire to not just "collaborate" but win deals
  • A strong drive to achieve and generate revenue
  • Stay committed and bring conversations consistently to a decision
  • Measure yourself against results, not activities
  • Work structured, think entrepreneurially, and take responsibility for your outcomes
  • First-hand experience in sales is a plus, what matters most is your drive

Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Passion for digitalizing the care sector

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in CRM software
