Junior ABL - Originator - Asset Based Lending

Job Summary

This role is responsible for asset-based loan origination portfolio growth, supporting senior originators on prospecting and new client acquisition, and providing ABL product support to the bank’s Institutional Client Group and peer product partners. It involves leading new business discussions and developing client and prospect pitch materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Five or more years of experience in asset-based lending
• Strong communication, risk management, teamwork, and organizational skills

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Asset-based credit knowledge and a solution-oriented approach
• Understanding of clients' working capital needs and experience partnering with cross-functional sales and enablement teams
• Knowledge of working capital products and solutions, including Supply Chain Finance and Global Trade products
• Ability to lead new business discussions and develop client and prospect pitch materials

Pay Range

$132,260.00 - $155,600.00
