About the role

The Jumpstart program supports RN students in their final semester, providing financial support during the last 6 months of school. Work is not required during the stipend period; however, working as a PRN Student Nurse Tech during the program is optional. Upon licensure, participants begin their career with MercyOne, subject to an 18‑month retention requirement.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health’s Organizational Integrity Program, Standards of Conduct, as well as other policies and procedures to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical, and professional behavior.

Requirements

• Must be in the final semester of school in an eligible position.
• Must pass boards within 6 months of graduation.
• Must sign the Program Agreement and return before any payments are processed.
• Candidates must work for at least 18 months post licensure.

Benefits

• Reimbursement of board and licensure fees.

Pay

$2,500 monthly stipend.
