Operational Standards

Juice Bar Excellence: Prepare food, smoothies, and beverages accurately according to company health and safety standards. Keep the Grab N Go and self-serve stations fully stocked with utensils and products.

Merchandise & Gym Store: Oversee inventory, keep retail displays immaculate, and advise clients on the utilization and care of apparel and gear to meet individual sales goals.

Operational Standards: Keep the store clean, organized, and fully compliant with local Health Department codes. Maintain rapid, accurate cash register operations and point-of-sale transactions.

Community Connection

• Warmly greet and assist customers
• Resolve complaints with extreme professionalism
• Answer questions regarding food specifications and merchandise

Administrative Requirements

• Strict adherence to scheduled shift times
• Meal periods
• Proper clock-in/clock-out protocols
