The Judicial Clerk III, SR-14 position in Hilo, Hawaii, involves performing a variety of court clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Prepares, processes, and maintains court records for a division within the Circuit, District, Family, Land/Tax Appeal, or Appellate Courts.
- Examines, prepares, and processes legal forms and documents.
Requirements
- Education: Graduation from high school or equivalent.
- General Experience: Two (2) years of general clerical work experience.
- Specialized Experience: Six (6) months of work experience in a court, legal, criminal justice, law enforcement, or corrections setting, involving the examining, preparing, and processing of legal forms and documents.
- Proficiency: Ability to type 40 net words per minute.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Two (2) years of general clerical work experience.
- Six (6) months of specialized experience in a court, legal, criminal justice, law enforcement, or corrections setting.
- Able to type 40 net words per minute.
