Requirements / Qualifications Must fit one of the three eligible criteria: Noncommissioned Officers (E-6 to E-7) – Separated or retired within past 5 years with at least 8 years of cumulative honorable service. Army National Guard / US Army Reserve, Actively Serving / Troop Program Unit – Separated or retired within past 5 years with at least 8 years of cumulative honorable service, plus Letter of Recommendation from current Commander and current DA Form 5016 (Chronological Statement of Retirement Points) or NGB 23A (annual retirement points statement) Attach The Following Documents To Your On-line Edjoin Application Letter of Interest Resume Copy of valid Designated Subject ROTC Credential OR approving letter from the U.S. Army Two letters of recommendation from most recent employer(s) Do not mail documentation to our office as they will not be viewed for our on-line screening process.
