About the role
We are seeking a Project Manager for our Casework and Millwork division located in Oakdale, PA.
Responsibilities
- Manage complete project scope, including proposal requirements and exclusions.
- Read and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents; review shop drawings internally and coordinate architectural reviews, revisions, approvals, and final releases.
- Provide the shop with accurate fabrication documents, product data, and approved drawings.
- Manage work orders, submittals, RFIs, change orders, cost impacts, budget breakouts, cost reports, forecasts, commitments, and profitability tracking.
- Develop and coordinate fabrication, delivery, and installation schedules while ensuring milestone adherence using Innergy ERP Software.
- Coordinate procurement, material takeoffs, vendors, subcontractors, shipping, and field activities.
- Recommend value-engineering options and alternates to protect budget, schedule, and design intent.
- Communicate proactively with clients and project partners to resolve issues.
- Mentor assistant project managers and support team development.
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience managing millwork, cabinetry, architectural products, or similar manufactured construction projects.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Experience with estimating, scheduling, procurement, and cost tracking.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while supporting projects with extended schedules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Self-driven and accountable, with effective teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working in office environments.
- Willingness to develop a strong understanding of architectural millwork and construction methods.
- Experience with Innergy is a plus.
