JR System Engineer
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We need to decide which sections to include. The posting includes:
- Who We Are (description of KBR)
- Mission Ahead (description of MTS)
- Who You Are (role description)
- What You’ll Do (list of duties)
- Required Qualifications (list)
- Basic Compensation (pay ranges per location)
- Benefits (list)
- Inclusion and Diversity (some prose)
- Possibly "Belong, Connect and Grow at KBR" (similar to inclusion)
- EEO statements (boilerplate to remove)
- Job ID at end (R2128868) - drop or minor metadata.
We need to avoid duplication: there are duplicate EEO statements; we remove them.
We need to avoid boilerplate like "INCLUSION AND DIVERSITY AT KBR" maybe keep if substantive. It's a paragraph about inclusion and diversity; we can keep as a section maybe "Inclusion and Diversity". But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine some sections: maybe "About KBR" (Who We Are + Mission Ahead) as one section. "Role Overview" (Who You Are) maybe part of responsibilities. But we need headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we are not forced to use exactly those headings; they are examples. The instruction: "use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use those headings if appropriate. We need to map content.
We have:
- About the role: could be "Who You Are" description.
- Responsibilities: "What You’ll Do" list.
- Requirements/Qualifications: "Required Qualifications" list.
- Skills: maybe not explicitly listed; we could omit if not present.
- Benefits: list.
- Pay: compensation ranges.
- Schedule: not mentioned; we should not create Schedule section.
We also have "Who We Are" and "Mission Ahead" which could be "About the company" but not in list; maybe we could incorporate into "About the role" or omit? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop substantive info. So we need to include that info somewhere. Could create a section "About KBR" using even though not in examples? The instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. So we can use other headings as needed, but better to stick to those if possible. However we need to include company description; maybe we can put it under "About the role" as a preamble? But "About the role" is supposed to be about the role, not company. Could we create a section "About KBR" using and it's okay? Probably yes.
We also have inclusion and diversity; could be a section "Inclusion and Diversity".
We need to avoid duplication: there are duplicate lines about Belong, Connect and Grow; we can keep one.
We need to remove EEO statements.
We need to preserve all substantive info: So we need to include the compensation ranges per location exactly as given.
We need to format lists with - .
We need to use
for prose.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.

That commitment is central to our team of team’s philosophy and fosters an environment where everyone can Belong, Connect and Grow. We Deliver – Together.
We need to ensure we didn't include boilerplate like "Learn more about our benefits." That's a line we should remove. Also "KBR EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER STATEMENT" removed. Also "Belong, Connect and Grow at KBR" we kept as part of inclusion duplicate; maybe we should keep only one version. There's two similar paragraphs; we could combine or keep one. To avoid duplication, we can keep just one inclusion paragraph that covers both. Let's keep one comprehensive paragraph that mentions both inclusion and diversity and People First, Belong Connect Grow. But we must preserve all substantive info; we can merge them without losing meaning. Let's craft a single paragraph that includes both ideas.
