About the role

As an RF Specialist at KBR, you will examine radar emissions, communication data, and other electronic data to identify and assess foreign electronic capabilities. You will use advanced data processing tools and techniques to collect, interpret, and analyze data, providing critical insights into potential threats and strategic developments. This role is located in Alice Springs, AUS, and is expected to be 100% on site.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of electronic RF data, compile reports, and present findings to customers
• Collaborate closely with others including military and government stakeholders to support joint operations
• Track new advancements in electronic systems and RF technologies to provide improved capabilities
• Interface with operations managers, operators, and analysts, using the latest technologies to provide support for operational requirements and strategic development
• Support 24/7 operations when needed

Requirements

• Must have a US TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PA Clearance
• 0 - 2 years of total relevant experience
• Knowledge of digital RF operations and processing
• Knowledge of mission operations
• Knowledge of RF data requirements and oversight policies
• Ability to perform, collaborate, and build solid relationships in a large, operational working environment
• Ability to obtain timely medical and psychological clearance
• HS diploma or GED

Qualifications

Desired:

• Experience with RF digital processing or technical work in a ground station operations area
• Experience using specialized tasking, operations, exploitation, analysis, and mapping tools
• Ability to evaluate system inaccuracies and identify improvements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Completion of 2810, 3810, 450, or 451 Analysis Courses
