Jr Project Manager

About the role

PingWind is seeking a Master Scheduler to join our team. As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of projects by organizing tasks, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, and align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Typical responsibilities include:

• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in scheduling software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and production planning processes
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
• Balance workloads across teams and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize bottlenecks
• Update schedules to reflect changes in demand, priorities, or resource availability
• Communicate schedules and changes clearly to all relevant stakeholders
• Proactively identify potential delays or issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate scheduling records and documentation
• Use data analysis to forecast future scheduling needs and recommend process improvements

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• PMP and/or a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III certification in Program Management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Coordinator or Master Scheduler
• Required Clearance: TS/SCI

Qualifications

Desired qualifications include a Master’s Degree.

Skills

Experience in scheduling, production planning, or a similar role, with 3-5 years of experience preferred.

Pay

The salary range for this job is $79k-$107k. The pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) job responsibilities, education, certifications, experience, as well as internal equity mapping and alignment with market data, or other applicable laws.
