Jr. Project Manager
About the role
CGI is seeking a Jr. Project Manager to join the Product & Planning team and lead technology initiatives across multiple product teams. This role drives projects from initiation through implementation by developing project plans, coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking milestones, managing risks and dependencies, and providing clear status reporting to leadership. Success requires strong organizational skills, effective stakeholder communication, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams aligned and on track.
This is an opportunity to work on meaningful projects where software connects with automation. You'll see the impact of your work firsthand through onsite implementations and collaboration with operational teams. This is a hybrid role, requiring work on-site in St. Louis, MO three days per week, along with travel within the U.S. to support project implementations and go-live activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies using Microsoft Project and client templates.
- Coordinate delivery activities across multiple product teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Prepare and communicate leadership-ready project status reports, dashboards, and risk/issue updates.
- Identify, track, and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies while facilitating timely resolution.
- Support implementation planning, onsite go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Project Management.
- Proficiency with MS Project.

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $176,300.00.
