Jr. Project Manager

Location: St. Louis, MO | 1-Year Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support project operations, internal communications, system administration, and cross-functional initiatives. This role will help drive team alignment, manage key business applications, maintain project documentation, and support data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal communications, including newsletters and town halls.
• Lead onboarding efforts and maintain training documentation.
• Provide user support, training, and best practices for business applications.
• Monitor data quality, compliance, and reporting accuracy.
• Analyze and transform data using Google Sheets.
• Manage the Statement of Work (SOW) lifecycle and vendor documentation.
• Administer project tools, user access, licenses, and quarterly OKRs.
• Support application configurations, upgrades, integrations, and organizational structure updates across platforms such as Aha!, Jira, and Workday.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project coordination, project support, or project management experience.
• Experience with project planning, budgets, and staffing documentation.
• Proficiency with Aha!, Jira, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the technology industry.
• CAPM, PMP, or other project management certification.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
