Jr. Production Print Technician (Mount Airy, NC)

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production print systems
• Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to ensure top performance
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and basic networking issues
• Document service activity clearly and accurately
• Build strong relationships with customers through reliable, professional service
• Complete online and in-person training programs to build technical expertise
• Travel by car and plane to provide service support across multiple states

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined, enjoying working with your hands and problem-solving
• Dependable and professional
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willing and able to travel frequently to service customer sites
• Comfortable working independently in customer environments after training

Additional Information

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM
• After Training: Potential travel to outside accounts as needed in the future
